I had the chance to ride the carousel before I actually owned a horse. Riding the wooden horses was the next best thing to a real horse. After that ride, I dreamed the horses came to life at night and we had many adventures together. I like to paint the carousel horses to look like they're alive. Whinny looks like she's wishing upon a star, Wild One looks as if he's the wildest, rowdiest horse in the world, and King Carousel looks like he came to you in a dream.
